Microgreens Info and Best Practices
Below you will find information about our systems and the best ways to store your microgreens.

Microgreens System
All of our microgreens are grown indoors hydroponically. The entire facility consists of food grade products and we follow all Good Agricultural Practice Standards.
All water used is filtered and dechlorinated. No pesticides or herbicides are ever used in the growing process. All seeds are bought from reputable companies and are 100% non-GMO.

Packaging
All fresh microgreens are sold in recyclable plastic containers. An absorbent pad is placed in the bottom to help retain moisture while in your fridge.
The root systems are grown on top of a 100% coco fiber pad. After done eating your microgreens the pad can be composted.

Best Practices
Our microgreens are meant to go directly into your fridge to stop the growing process. That way they will last an extended period of time, 7-14 days.
Some of the microgreens are taller than others. If they are pushing into the lid just leave the top open or cut it off completely. Longevity is determined on how dry the micros are kept.
Never top water. If you need to hydrate the micros - after about a week - place the coco fiber pad on a plate with water and let it absorb for 15 minutes. Then return to the fridge.
All microgreens can be cut just above the coco pad and seeds, that way you can consume the full stem of the plant.
