  • Micros that are Alive

    We do not precut our Microgreeens. They are sold, upright, and living on a 5.25" by 7.5" CoCo Coir Fiber pads. That way they continue to live until you cut and eat them. We guarentee 7-14 day shelf life in your fridge.

  • Hydroponically Grown - No Pesticides

    Our Micros are grown inside, year round. All water is filtered and PH balanced. We never use pesticides, including herbicides and fungicides. Seed is 100% non-GMO. Our Microgreens do not need to be prewashed. Just cut and eat as you desire.

  • Nutrient Packed

    Nutritionally, microgreens are known to be concentrated sources of vitamins, minerals, polyphenols, and other bioactive compounds. In many cases, they contain 4–40 times higher levels of certain micronutrients than their mature counterparts (Xiao et al., 2012, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry).

How It Works

  • Pick Your Products

    Choose fresh microgreens or a freeze-dried product — or both! If you choose microgreens then you will be added to the growing list.

  • We Prepare and Harvest

    Microgreens take 2 to 4 weeks to grow fresh to order. Once an order is placed you will be added to the next growing cycle.

  • Local and Nationwide Delivery

    • Once grown the Fresh Microgreens are available for local pick up. You can pick up at our farm, or local meet up, Thursdays and Fridays by appointment only.
    • Our farm is located in Trion, GA.
    • Freeze dried products will be shipped nationwide.
